A motion was proposed and unanimously agreed at the February 8th 2012 Parish Council Meeting that:- Parish Council Meetings would be held every 2 months effective from that date. Further more, The Meetings would be held on the first Monday of that Month commencing at 19:15pm.

Interim informal meetings may be arranged to discuss any urgent business that may arise that cannot be held back to the next formal Parish Council Meeting.

                                                                Therefore

The next meeting of the Alvington Parish Council will be held at 19:15 on Wednesday 23rd May 2012; and every 2 Months from that date unless notified otherwise.
